(50 Words min): I believe I have earned a promotion to Sergeant due to me putting in time and effort attempting to improve the APD by introducing and teaching new members who have the potential to rise and demonstrate their ability as future members. I have completely dedicated myself to the APD in game completely by barely playing rebel or civilian at all, only with a few exceptions at times. I believe I can generally get along well with members within the APD and sometimes display leadership whether voluntarily taking CO when no one else wants to or cannot. With the promotion to Sergeant, working around the APD will be much easier in general (adding charges, dragging people around channels, etc.) Recently I've dedicated more time to being a CO and inducting new recruits to make it more evident that I 'deserve a promotion'. Who would recommend you for a promotion? People who react to this post with likes or hearts.

I believe that I deserve a promotion because I've experienced and got familiar with the responsibilities that come with Senior Constable. I actively seek out to be the Commanding Officer and with this be a good role model for the lower ranking officers. I feel as though I deserve it due to my ability to command and work under pressure, I take cop extremely seriously and wouldn't want to let a team down. Who would recommend you for a promotion?

Personally I disagree with Josh's idea here (sorry man). Reason being the fact that the main point of a delivery mission is that you are simply a driver/pilot for the company and are allocated a vehicle and don't use a personal one. At least that's my view on it anyway.

Deposit for taking up the mission should be quite high, to prevent people from misusing the helicopters. I feel like it should do a pilot license check as well to see if they are "qualified" to fly. If they crash, they lose the deposit and pilots license. Seems like a pretty cool idea.

I love the idea of doing a delivery mission in a Helicopter or a blackfish. There could be different types of deliveries. Short quick and cheap ones which would be done in a Hummingbird. Medium distance ones in a Mohawk or a Huron, higher pay. Then also longer trip across the whole map maybe in a Blackfish, and then that could get a very high payment. I feel that air delivery missions would make delivery missions a lot more fun and enjoyable, doesn’t have to be exactly how I said, obviously there would be issues but can easily work around those problems

This feature would be good if there were ways to control it e.g. add an insurance feature therefore if the delivery vehicle gets blown up you loose the insurance but if you deliver it you get a portion of the insurance + extra cash for delivering the vehicles. Also make it only Cessna's therefore it cant be abused as much and prevent the ability to access the y inventory so people dont use it for runs and exploit the feature.

in my opinion, these jobs should be the lowest paying because they are fast and easy, the only way i could see that it could be your format of paying is it was extremely illegal and cops could hunt you down for it, like an illegal truck mission

An alternative to this would to have the cargo carried by the player, who can then use a vehicle of their choice to deliver the cargo. You could add in a time limit, rewards for quick/safe delivery etc.

The only real concern i have with it is either making the deposit too expensive that no one wants to do them or so cheap that its an easy kamikaze vehicle.
