A general note to non StrayaGaming CQC Server players There is a risk that the AntiCheat will detect and ban players who have played on CQC servers that are not hosted by StrayaGaming. These server have a tendency to use mission files which leave code on client side and when join the StrayaGaming Altis Life Server the AntiCheat bans the players for unauthorized code. How to not get banned after playing a non SG CQC Server To avoid a ban after playing on non SG CQC Server simply restart your game before connecting to SG's Altis Life Sever. What if I forget to restart? If you forget to restart your game and you join the SG Altis Life Server you will be banned by the AntiCheat under the reason of hacking. If this happens you are required to place a ban appeal. Theses bans will no longer be automatically removed by staff. If you have any questions, please contact myself or a senior member of the Altis Life Staff Team.

@Nova @webbie @Bradley Rasic @War Machine The point is critical mass & organisation. If people see no one on the Tanoa server, they will naturally jump into the Altis one. Then it looks like 'no one wants to play Tanoa'. Once a few people are there you reach a tipping point where it's 'holy shit! Everyone is on Tanoa'. That's why the regulars are focusing on Tanoa T-Days. Tuesday & Thursday. Getting enough on to hit that tipping point regularly.

The secret to the tree problem is communication. Work as a team, move as a team, Shoot as a team. Then if anything moves that is NOT in your team, Rain hell on it! Encourage those around you to form together, have a medic & make him your best friend, talk to each other, scream if you are down. Natural leaders will emerge from the group & you will find over time people will flock to you. You have both in-game group chat & also a bunch of Teamspeak infantry channels. Furthermore, I know as someone who is often a pilot, if we know an area is being secured we will try to get you back into the fight near your buddies too, so ask us ? Of course, there will be random Rambo's. You can't stop that, but you can minimise it & have more fun in the process. This not only goes for the senior gang but the new guys as well. Try it! You will find it will only add to the experience. Oh! One more thing.. It should be obvious but sniper rifles are useless in most of Tanoa!

Yeah I jumped on last night, was hella fun. I'll give it another go tonight I reckon. Those street block battles for intel in the capital were epic. Why was I the only guy not using an LIM though...

Was on again last night... I think we had about 10-15 players on. oh god we got smashed!!!... Was great CQC.... i'm sticking to my AKM with ironsights... lol Hope to be on tonight for T-Day!

Based on tonight's Tanoa Tuesday I would say the stats are very accurate if not better based on the large population we had along for some jungle stomping.

In my opinion (and I know it isn't a popular one) Navids and SPMG's should be brought back. Yes, they are overpowered which is why they should cost a lot of time and money to get. They should be high risk, high reward weapons. They were somewhat high risk last wipe but if they were to be brought back in this wipe.. the cost of either crafting or buying a navid especially should sky rocket. If used by the right person, a navid could determine the outcome of a fight. I personally believe that navids and spmg's were overused in the last wipe and especially towards the end but if brought back I feel as though the amount of navids used would plummet if implemented correctly. Striders are gone, and I'm happy they are. I don't like being desync rammed although it was funny at times, however server events that allowed the use of striders would be pretty cool to participate in.

Lets add Navids and SPMG back while were at it. ( Sarcasm ) Yikes now were back to straya pre wipe that everyone cried about. Combat is really nice with striders gone 90% of people will agree. Seeing more of a qilion meta and better combat overall. Rather than roll the dice vehicle rams.

Yes I will indeed be pushing with this, Tanoa is my fave map so a bit of a revival would be ideal. Starting next week I will promote for it. Unfortunately due to the large number of players that "still" dont have apex tanoa gets a bit neglected but we have been seeing a bit of a revival with the late night crews.

I back this 100%, I&A on Tanoa is gold. Bring it back!

I have also been actively completing Induction trainings to a high standard which I enjoy doing. If I got a promotion to Sergeant it will allow me to bring more to the Altis Police Department as I could add charges, drag users in TS, add roles in TS etc. In conclusion, I believe I deserve a promotion to Sergeant because I have been actively taking CO, actively completing Inductions to a high standard and because I believe I have what it takes to be a Sergeant of the APD. What is the point of removing Striders. All cops have 7.62 5.56 6.5mm Rifles/SMG So why is it any different if Rebel/Cartels have Striders. It's not hard for even normal Civilian's to kill them with a 40/50k gun to destroy a 900k'ish Vehicle. The windows can be shot through U can spike strip and shoot out the tires so how is it overpowered. Bring it back or give me an explanation of why it won't be back.
