(50 Words min) I believe I deserve the chance of a promotion to Sergeant in the APD for various different reasons. Starting off, I'm very active on StrayaGaming as it's the only server I enjoy roleplaying on as Police. I've also been trying my best to complete induction trainings whenever one requires it. During my time as a Commanding Officer in GD, I have always felt confident in my orders, decision making, and answers when one has requested my assistance like in processing or general inquires. With my time in the APD, my knowledge base has increased significantly with different play styles, popular hot spots in Sydney, new techniques against rebels, and various different ways I can interact with civilians and enjoy the roleplay. I believe I am able to provide significantly much more at the rank of Sergeant like actively adding charges to suspects, willingly pulling Hunters, as well as better control over standard General Duties. As of the time of writing this I've been a Senior Constable now for around 2 to 3 weeks and am writing this because I believe that there are some flaws to how the APD does things regarding Senior Constables. first of all and probably my biggest point would be induction trainings. We (being Senior Constables) are taught how to do induction trainings and how to do them a certain way and don't get me wrong I think the APD has got a pretty good system when it comes to induction trainings but could be better. Just looking now the last time someone was inducted by someone other than a Senior Constable was the 31st, and ill come back to this later. Now here's my problem, the way you have to do them. If you see someone in the police lobby, first of all, you have to ask a sergeant to move him into Sydney LAC and then if he needs his induction done move him to the training room. Then once the induction is done you have to ask him yet again to add recruit tags and then maybe drag him back up. So in this process, you have to rely on a sergeant at least twice and maybe even 4 times. My idea is that if Senior Constables had the ability to drag people who are new to the ts or apply recruit tags the system would improve a lot as its literally impossible to 100% finish an induction with tags and everything if a sergeant or higher isn't on. I know my idea isn't foolproof but I think the fundamental idea is there and I do truly believe that something like this could improve the APD. Let me know your feedback and what you would think if something like this went through.

I can do one better than voting... yes, crafting is coming back! We are currently working on crafting as we speak! Our intention is to roll out crafting with specific items and weapons in the first release (including 1 or 2 that cannot be bought on the server). Then we will review and see what other items can be added at a future date ? keep a look out as we will announce soon when crafting is finalised and give a date then as to when it will be back on Altis Life.

(50 Words min) I think I deserve a promotion because as being a part of POLAIR and being a Senior Constable has made me become a lot more responsible and I’ve done a lot of trainings. The down side of being a Senior Constable is I cant add recruit tags after I have done a training so I must poke or message a sergeant up to do it which can be annoying for them and me. The same thing goes for adding charges, I must always poke or message a sergeant or up to add charges. Also I think being a sergeant could also help me in POLAIR as I don’t have access to drones and this can be frustrating at times when I feel like I need them for a bank or to scope out a situation as using an officer for something like this could risk his/her life and a drone would be a lot more affordable. (50 Words min) I feel that I deserve a promotion to Sergeant for the following reasons. Firstly, I have been really active within the APD, doing my best to help both GD and SRT. Secondly, I have past experience being a Senior Sergeant so I know the powers and responsibilities that a Sergeant has. Thirdly, I have done my best in inducting new recruits into the APD, not just by reading the document but by giving them my experiences as cop, and trying my best to give them good advice. Fourthly, back when I was a Sergeant I was always willing to go out of my way to add charges for officers processing, and I still have that desire to help my officers. Lastly, I would like to become more of a role model to lower ranking officers as I am a very approachable person and will always assist someone if they need help. Altis Life Progress Update Yesterday myself the and Senior Altis Life Staff had a meeting in which many things were discussed, some of which I will touch on here. Crafting, Gang Bases and duping featured heavily. Crafting We are in the very final stages of crafting and are to starting hand over to James for work on the crafting configs. It is my expectation that there will be further changes to crafting after we launch crafting to the server as it cannot fully be known how viable each weapon is to craft etc and we will be looking for feed back regarding this. (Note: crafting is not meant to be easy - some things will take time and effort to collect all the materials). Crafting will be complete and in the server sometime in the near future. Gang Bases We have acknowledged that the gang bases have been over priced, and we are halving the price to $15 million. After unique features are added to each gang base the owner at the time of the changes may need to pay an additional $10 million to keep the gang base. We are looking at having two unique items at each gang base that can only be gain by having ownership to the gang base. To apply for a gang base, you must be the leader of a registered AL Gang (click here to register a gang). Duping and Duped Items With the introduction of crafting coming soon it is important that the topic of duping is discussed. This is a reminder for all players that duping on the Altis Life Server is strictly prohibited. Most common ways of duping have been patched and / or logged. If you find a new way please report it in help desk ASAP. Using a duping method and then later claiming you had been testing it for staff will not protect you from punishment. There is zero tolerance for duping and we ask that the community helps in making sure it does not happen. You can anonymously report dupers to myself or a member of AL Senior via a discord or forum message.

He plays very often and gets the job done, he's a capable person and has a good understanding of protocols and procedures.
