Some of the best fights we had in arma came from you guys, There were clashes and issues over the year but it was expected. o7 :fedora: for all the feds and banks. Recently, I switched to a different course with less contact hours and I now have more time to dedicate towards the APD. Once re-enlisted, I can dedicate a lot of hours a week towards representing the APD as a good role-playing police officer. I don't really handle houses all that much in AL so no comment there. Go-karts: While some people in Sydney are a f**king pain in the arse with unflipping the damn things into cars, still a +1 from me because roleplay.

With the I&A Zeus Mission suggestions, it is recommended that the following guidelines be followed: 1. Objectives and mission flows that you set should be simple and easy to follow by a larger group that may not be operating in a highly coordinated fashion. For example, the objectives you should roughly intend to set are "Find" "Destroy" "Kill" "Clear" etc. 2. The execution/method of the mission should not necessarily be laid out in the briefing (Beyond where you start and how you can get to the objectives). This allows for people to join midway through rather than missing out by 10 minutes and being forced to miss it for the week. 3. Rescue, Stealth, and nitty-gritty complex missions are difficult to run within these constructs and should be avoided. This can be compromised, but should be considered as a rough guide to make sure that your mission isn't drastically altered. 4. Missions that fail if stealth is not achieved are difficult, if not impossible, to run. However, if being discovered makes it harder, then this can be worked with 5. Mission templates are recommended to be sent to Webbie or Orion to be added to the server prior this will greatly assist staff in the creation of the missions. However, ensure that the main bases you build aren't horrendously complex, because they're often only seen for 15-20 minutes maximum anyway and are often difficult to create/transfer. 6. Don't send the mission file with any objectives, respawns or other modules included, this should also be done on the fly. If anyone has any questions on how to alter their mission flow while still trying to remain tactical, please don't hesitate to message @Guardian on discord or the forums to discuss these and work through them so that your missions can get run. After all this is your community and your ideas are key to the continued success. webbie edit: Some things can be negotiated and I am happy to edit the mission to get it as close to what you want as we can as long as it falls into the guidelines for flexibility above.

(50 Words min) I believe that I deserve a promotion as I've been a senior constable for around 6 weeks now and in that time I have always been active as strayagaming is the only server I play and I mostly play cop. During this time I have never been afraid to take CO even I thought a lot of people wouldn't listen to me. I have improved dramatically not just as a CO but as a cop as my time taking CO has opened my eyes to a greater understanding of the APD. For example, I am a lot more confident when i give orders. As well as this now that I was able to give referrals it reminded me of how far I've come in the APD and how far I can go. I have always tried to get someone's induction done and on top of that always tried to do it to the highest possible level. In my opinion, I am a dedicated member of the APD and could do a lot better as a cop with a higher responsibility/workload. Today I am no longer contributing to straya community. I greatly appreciate all of you who have donated and made the time to make the community a better place. This has been coming for a little while and after many hundreds of hours in and out of game contributing to straya my frustration threshold has finally been met. Their a quite a few of you I will miss and the majority of you will already have alternate contacts for me. Its not a happy decision but Ive made it.
