(50 Words min) Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion due to the number of hours I spend on cop weekly, I try to take CO whenever possible and do inductions when possible and give bank advice/tactics to the commanding officer, becoming a Sergeant would help me do more for the APD like taking CO for banks and pulling out hunters for lower ranks or training whitelisted officers. I know most people think of me as a troll and what not but when I actually try and put effort into something I can do great things just like when I was in SRT for the first time, I had reached the rank of Sergeant and pretty much became Team Lead of SRT and would have become Commander if I didn’t leave and I have pretty much spent my time on AL in the APD. (50 Words min) I believe i deserve a promotion for the following reasons Firstly, the dedication i have put into the APD, from the time i put into commanding, training and documentation. Secondly the documentation i have done in the past & in the present with changing the trainings to slide format and updating the format today. Thirdly the consistency of the quality of the work and the hours i have put in Sergeant is one of the larger stepping stone before command, its the rank where you gain the ability to train lower ranks & give tags & command operations and banks, however sergeant is also the first time you would be training white listed officers. The step to sergeant for myself would be slightly smaller as i am an academy officer and already complete half the role of sergeant however a promotion like this would allow to more successful complete my role within academy, and would remove my reliance on other sergeant to do thing like add tags and move recruits to training room, and would also allow me to move other members who need polair & GD training to the dedicated rooms. A promotion to sergeant would also allow me to now conduct senior constable trainings, this would again improve my capability within academy. Operation Fallen Winter Created by: NiitroGenius Operation: CSAT have established themselves in the Chernarus region. Reports have come through that CSAT discovered an old abandoned Russian research facility near Berezino. The reports are not clear as to what they have found, but it appears as though it is some sort of experimental tank that the Russians were developing years ago. Reports also suggest that they have manufactured working prototypes are planning to ship them off the mainland to their next port of war. You are an elite CTRG unit tasked with landing in the town of Solnichniy and making your way north to Berezino and destroying these tanks before they can leave at dawn. Objective: Main Objectives: 1. Kill all hostiles in Berezino 2. Search and Destroy the experimental tanks located in Berezino. Side Objectives: 1. Clear Nizhnoye of hostiles and secure a shipment of T-140K's. (50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion to Sergeant due to a number of reasons. Firstly, I have show great commitment and dedication to the APD over the past year, being a GD Senior Sergeant, then transferring over to SRT. I have done everything I could do to help advance the APD, whether it was commanding GD or helping out on the combat side of things, such as at banks and operations. Secondly, I know how to properly command units in both GD and at banks and other major robberies, I have gone through the process of getting to Sergeant several times now and I know what it takes and I have always been willing to put in the time and effort it takes to achieve my goal. Thirdly, I am a very approachable person and I am always willing to answer any questions other officers may have, if I know the answer of course. I have done quite a lot of inductions over my time as being a Police Officer, as well as other trainings, and I am used to being asked questions and responding to them. I do not get frustrated if a recruit doesn't understand something and I am very patient to deal with an officer who isn't sure of something. Lastly, if I were to be promoted to Sergeant, I would be able to be in a higher position of command, meaning I can then take CO at banks and other robberies when needed. Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min):At the end of the day i believe i am hungry to move to higher ranks in any faction. Whether it be Moving up ranks to better my experience and then being able to assist others thats the end goal. I believe i am completely capable of filling the role of SGT beside other fellow cops and fullfilling the needs of the role. I Beleive my knowledge and understanding of the protocols and the leader ship i have showed whilst undertaking the Commanding Officer role during General duties in Sydney. My Continues dedication to the police force and the dedication to helping other officers learn the role of the ranks below me. I have followed the protocols and as some of you may know even enforced them and supplied evidence for yous to enforce to the appropriate measure. I beleive that being promoted to SGT would better myself and be able to assist in the new senior constables training and others where applicable.
