I'm making this post because I am over the support team's decision making process, maybe they have a skeleton or structure they have to follow so that punishments are not entirely up to duress but it's not very good. I have been banned 6-7 times for RDM or whatever and I got banned for 2 weeks... 2 weeks. Come on guys, surely I deserve a perm ban by now. After 6 times of not following the rules one can assume that the lesson isn't being learned and I am not taking the server seriously. I am using myself as an example to get to my main point, help desk needs to be tougher. I have lost count of the amount of times I have recovered evidence of people breaking rules against me, yet I never go to help desk. Why? Simply put, help desk is useless. Don't get me wrong, I think that every member of AL staff is great and I have no issues with any of them but the fact that they give out soft punishments like warnings and watchlists to people who are known on the server and are aware of the rules is just bull crap. Fix ur shit. thx
