3 pointsMy time has come, thank you all for supporting me and motivating me to be the best I could be. I may not have got along with everybody but I will miss everyone and everything. Big thanks to my Cabinet / Command team and those in the staff team who helped me the most. Best of Luck to everyone on the server. To the current officers, you can only go as far as you think you can, if you have a goal it may take time but you can get there. Augnov

1 point.............................................................................................................................................................. Name: Connor McGregor Steam 64 ID (If Blacklisted): 76561198148166004 Date of Disciplinary Action: 2017 What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: Blacklist Who were you Disciplined by: Augnov Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: Not Welcome in the APD, Because apparently im toxic and i poison everything i join which was decided over and issue involving 2 members of command which i was blacklisted off cop whilst i was on civ. Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] Becuase i reckon i have had enough time off cop and i have no beef with no cop member and being a former Command Member i think i can bring what i brought to the APD back in 2017 - 2018 even if people do not approve of me i wont let that stand in my way of being a good cop and the people who i have had issues with which you all may know if you look at this i wish to put everything behind me and start fresh i dont care if it takes us months to get past the beef, Thankyou. Any other information: I know a majority of people wont welcome me back but if you could take a look at it but if you give me another chance than you wont regret it, Thankyou and hopefully you accept me back ? ..............................................................................................................................................................

1 pointAt this stage no additional mods will be added. As long as the units are blufor it's fine , using any other side is not possible. Generally speaking all creations will be Vanilla due to server constraints.

1 pointName: Harry Steam 64 ID (If Blacklisted): 76561198026198263 Date of Disciplinary Action: 11/01/2019 What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: 1x APD Strike Who were you Disciplined by: - Chief Superintendent John - Assistant Commissioner Kev Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: I had died at bank and was dead on the ground. I went afk for a few minutes to order pizza for dinner for my family and then came back and closed Arma whilst I was still dead. I received a ban for combat logging and then an APD strike for my actions. Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] I believe that my appeal should be accepted due to the circumstances behind this rule. I had been overseas for ~ 2 months and only just returned that week. I was informed that whilst I was away this rule was added. When I received this discipline, I had no idea that what I had done was against the rules and was completely oblivious to this fact. I have only ever had one extremely minor warning when I was a very low ranked cop (Constable I believe) for 'Improper Use of Tasers'. I had never broken any rules at all on the server prior to this one. I believe this should be either removed or converted to a lesser punishment (Maybe a warning?) due to the fact that I just simply had no idea that this rule had been added as I was overseas. I acknowledge that I did break a rule and I'm not trying to avoid this fact, I just personally believe that a strike is a slight overkill due to my personal circumstances when this rule was added. I have since learned from my actions and re-read up on the rules so that an event such as this will not occur again. Any other information: My apologies to all affected by my actions and thank-you for taking the time to read my appeal.

1 pointI imagine I'm about to be torn apart for this, but I also want people to keep in mind that it's very easy to look at things in hindsight - and to tear apart how everyone else has done it because you have the perfect solution. Some good work was done by several people, and in the end a few of us made mistakes (Myself most certainly included) which aligned to result in a critical mission failure. Our Zeus' did well given the circumstances and they've been hung enough and issues raised in this forum have already been raised and agreed upon in our after action reports within Teamspeak. As the overall commander - I would like to acknowledge my failings for a lot of the decisions I made based on information I had at the time. In hindsight I would change them, but there are decisions which at the time I firmly believed were the right call and I stand by their execution and at times, subsequent failure. The Recon Team: Admittedly, my field of expertise is not reconnaissance nor sniping nor overwatch - in reality or game. I admittedly made a token decision on where to place the recon team which ultimately resulted in their immediate demise and limited usefulness throughout. The plan for visibility on the south side of town was for Demon to observe the south side and report. There will never be a perfect OP that will not be scouted by the enemy. I should have taken this more into account. I would like to acknowledge the hard work of @BigRed and @decibel_spl in persisting with my failed recon plan. The Transport: I had made prior arrangements to transport each callsign into the AO - initially this was for a Blackfish to insert Demon to near their AO to prevent the long drive. However with a lack of qualified pilots for this on the day, the decision to drive was made to get the mission moving. In future, I need to peg down pilots with experience earlier and ensure they know they will have a pivotal role - and include them in the planning. The Loitering Helo: This decision was made based more on real-life scenarios rather than in-game ones. The overall plan involved Demon setting up a cordon and Angel then immediately deploying into the town to achieve surprise, violence of action, and simultaneity. However when one was delayed, the other was too. And when the latter was then delayed I had to further delay the former. While realistically, this may have been a feasible course of action (Not necessarily the best one), I didn't factor in the in-game effects of boring somewhat impatient (and rightly so) players. Zeus Co-ord: In future, I think it would be better for the commander to liaise with Zeus so that they can both war-game accordingly. In these scenarios the NATO Commander gives up their gameplay to coordinate squad leaders; and as such them knowing what Zeus is about to do isn't the worst thing in the world. It's how the squad leaders react which identifies where the magic happens. I should have made contact with Zeus in this instance. As stated I take the majority of the responsibility for the failure of this operation. @Farqman I did have several General Garrison moments, and several moments in the aftermath where I was kicking myself for my decisions. But as stated, I made them with the information available and as I stated above. The important thing is that we learn - and don't hang our Zeus, Squad Leaders and other teammates for some epic work that they put in, to the point where they're afraid to try and lead because of the backlash they've faced or seen others face. This doesn't mean don't give criticism - but make sure it's constructive. This is not in reference to any particular post or reply - but just something to keep in mind in the future. If I lead you again, I will make these improvements in the future. Kia Kaha, And May the Force be with you.

1 pointIs this a Milsim server? Dont think it was ever the intention of making it so. By making further restrictions all you accomplish is alienating a lot of players, myself included. If they want to wear ghillies and bergens and pack AT and long range scopes it doesn't/shouldn't really impact on anyone. If you are sick of landing on a hill and sniping from there then dont, nothing from stopping you from giving different LZ locs to the pilot or driving in yourself or doing something different. Dont get salty cause players in a public server dont behave/play how you want them to play/behave. Problem is that everyone knows each AO and how each AO plays. Everyone knows the best sniping locs, everyone knows the best routes to take, everyone knows there are 6 enemy snipers, 3 enemy statics, 2 AA vics, Tower and HQ. If you want to change it up look at how the AO is set up and how the AI responds. I play on this server for fun and i play on another Milsim server for the immersion of what milsim provides. I dont believe you should confuse the types of servers you want to run. If you want to run Milsim do it and do it properly so that you satisfy the peeps that play milsim. And if you just want a muck around I&A server then keep it simple. combing the two types is just going to get peeps frustrated. Id wager most players that play I&A dont want Milsim type of restrictions proposed above because it is too restrictive and counter intuitive in a public server. However if there was a dedicated StrayaGaming Milsim server, id be in that. my two cents worth.

1 pointThanks for all your feedback guys, we had our first impromptu Malden Monday tonight. Although off to a slow start it slowly gained momentum especially with the help of @webbie promoting throughout the night on the other servers, @Noskire for getting the word out there before restart and @Fitz for implementing the scheduled messages on the I&A Servers and overall allowing us to put on these nights. Look forward to seeing you all out there. Thanks again guys and Enjoy!

I did not get spoken to by anyone I just woke up and I had been blacklisted If my disrespect deserves a punishment it surely should not be a blacklist but something else Any other information: can i get someone else or a group of people to answer this rather than the guy that gave me the blacklist?
