(50 Words min): I believe I deserve a promotion because of many reasons but main because of my desire to be able to help other officers, from when I started out as a pub slot until today one of my greatest desires in the APD was to be able to become a figure where someone could ask questions and I would be able to help them out. As a Sergeant I would be able to help out my fellow officers more and I would be able to do that easier with the rank of sergeant. 1. I would be able to move people in teamspeak so that I may be able to help out those night time playing senior constables as I am normally online late at night because of my timezone. 2.I would be able to help out others by being able to pull out armored vehicles for my fellow officers when I am commanded to or when needed to protect and preserve the lives of my fellow officers. 3.I would be able to help and train other fellow officers to become better cops. 4.As a Sergeant I would be a role model to be able to help out other ranks and to let them continue persevering through the ranks. 5.As a sergeant I would also be able to help out my fellow officers by being able to place charges onto the wanted list. I have and will continue to dedicate time towards the APD and towards Strayagaming so I hope you choose me as an option for the rank of Sergeant. I do appreciate your effort webbie as an admin of the server. I'm not really that upset about her being accused of voice changing, what really had me quite worked out is that; even though she's doing her job as medic, when she's the one who's down, everyone just don't want to deal with her because she's a kid and a girl. I could admit that I should have rephrased my comment about it though.... As a dude, I too is surprised whenever there is a female player or a kid join in the server. The thing is that, I don't look or treat them differently because for me, we are here to have fun, and as long as you are doing your part and not being annoying, we can be cool with each other and maybe laugh at the mishaps happening in ArmA 3.

10/11/18 This update is mainly bug fixes and small tweaks. Changes: Added BTR-K Kamysh with NATO-ish skin to APC spawn rotation. Added BTR-K Kamysh supporter skin to Area 51. Nearest medic (within 500m) is now shown when carrying/dragging someone. Added the weekly Top 3 Pilots and Medics to the I&A Discord Live Feed channel. Altis/Tanoa will post something like this every Monday at ~12am: Reduced mission file size. Added CAS variant Black Wasp to highest CAS pool. (Loadout subject to change) Fixed Snipers/Autoriflemen being unable to use the SDAR. Fixed 'Open Parachute' option showing while fast-roping. Fixed base-only Bobcat not respawning when taken outside base. Adjusted T-140 spawn position to fix this. Adjusted Gorgon spawn chance. Fast-rope enable/disable hotkey (Tab) no longer activated when Alt key is pressed at the same time. Added/changed some chat message tips. Tweaked some Robocop stuff. Fixed bug with new Treat player action (Quiksilver). Report any bugs you find on the bug tracker.

Det. Zac - "Snior Sergeant Ash" Except for only spelling my rank wrong, Zac is a great senior constable and takes CO 100% of the time when i ask if anyone wants CO, he has also improved being a CO during large ops (Banks & Hostage Negotiations), He went from letting GD do what they fell what was right to commanding and constantly giving orders and people things to do. Overall Zac progressed a large amount in the short time he was senior constable and he will make a great SGT and i would love to see where he goes in the future. ?

Definitely deserves a promotion is not uptight but is strict, mature and sensible when he knows the time is right. I would always recommend him and would come to his aid in the push of a panic button +1

Great Kid with a lot of potential, Although his young age he has not a lot of interest in our department, and gets his work done with a can-do attitude, I'm yet to see an immature act from him, always wanting to learn more , and is very passionate about the work we do, honour to have him under my wing.
