StrayaGaming Altis Life - Poll #1 Hi all, As per our post here, fortnightly polls are planned to be released to provide Altis Life players an opportunity to have a say in what changes are being made to the server. This is the first installment in what we hope will be one of many. All responses to the poll are anonymous, so please feel free to vote honestly. Many of the popular suggestions already expressed by players in Altis Life Suggestions are in the process of being implemented. Watch the Altis Life Economy Wipe Changelog for updates. If you have any suggestions or ideas that you would like to see added, let us know by posting a topic outlining your idea here. 1. Kavala City Limits As per the new Altis Life narrative, Kavala (Sydney) has fallen into disarray as rebel forces seized strategic locations in the city, forcing the cops and civilians to evacuate. To continue with the narrative, city limits could be removed to allow rebel groups to roam the city they overtook. 2. Property Ownership Limits When the server was wiped, the amount of properties players could own was decreased to 3. Many players have expressed an interest in having this raised to a limit of 4 properties. 3. Repair/Refuel Station at the Airport A repair/refuel station would be added to the Airport, allowing for easy refueling and repairing of planes and jets. 4. M-900 & Armed Orca Helicopters These two helicopters could be added to the Civilian and Rebel stores to provide a greater choice of purchasable aircraft. 5. Airdrop Missions Since the wipe the contents of the airdrop have remained largely unchanged. The contents of the airdrop could be modified to include a greater variety of items and a chance at higher tier weapons/gear. 6. Rebel Capture Zones For a long time rebels have requested that the gang hideout capture points should be redesigned, or revamped entirely. As this is a large feature, a longer period of time may be needed for us to implement it. 7. Brisbane Market Fire Since the wipe, the main role-play area has been changed to Brisbane. Should the fireplace be removed from the communal area?

It would've been simple reading through and obviously i'm not angry at police, i'm annoyed at management who have completely been incoherent regarding making the server better and even, but consistently making decisions without any idea on how the server is now, not 2 years ago when they use to play, either play the server and get a feel for the server is now or talk to people that play day in and day out and figure out how you want the server to improve. If the server goes the way it currently is, you'll lose rebel gangs, which in turn means SRT / Detectives become useless, as without rebel gangs, it's just civilians inside the city limits trolling and trying to kill the police without any sense of the word role play. We saw what happened when the rebel gangs were gone for a good month, SRT weren't logging in and neither was a lot of cops unless they got discord messages saying " Someone hit bank, log in " Giving us the KOS Store means that everyone can fairly spend their money, and be able to fight rebels / cops on a fair and even playing ground, it also lets cops get off restrictions that they currently have, and will make both sides very happy, all it takes is to give the go ahead, if both sides complain, remove it, but as i'm fairly sure, both sides not being restricted will be a big plus and can make the server thrive instead of slowly dieing at the pace it has been currently.

Cops can not seize unprocessed drugs, when searching vehicles (and probably players/bags) it states there is nothing illegal.

The biggest thing rebels were bitching about was how slow making money was, is this not the case?

Also just want to add there's people on the server already with maxed out cash in the bank, me personally I already half the max cash, but come to the realisation that there's nothing to spend the money on? We were keen to buy guns out of KOS shop that were really expensive but now there's nothing to buy, we have max houses, all the vehicles, just would of been nice spending our money on kos shop, maybe another way to spend our money could be implemented? Just a thought guys, cheers.

Hey @webbie Last 2 videos of the events. First one is of the "Kill Webbie" event, and unfortunately me and the others in the group didn't get to webbie. The others did... we got F'kd up. The second video is an extra video of the side mission we tried to complete after the "Kill Webbie" event. Hmmm... is what I'm saying... Again, Thanks webbie and the Admin at Strayagaming.

Yeah I get what you mean, and I strongly agree that the KOS should be opened again for Rebels, there’s just ome thing I’m really sick regarding rebels\civilains (not all gangs or civilians). We hear everyday people complaining about different shit. Whether it’s corruption.... when I see someone mow down another civie, I detain them and it’s apparently corruption lol. Complaints about tasers being over powered and that other weaponry should be used. Then when we use ‘other’ weaponry, we get complaints we are over powered ( not referring to the situation you are talking about but others in the past), it just frustrates me because we get told we need to roleplay more and when we do, by doing our jobs, we get chewed out verbally by some pissed kid. I’ve played on both ends, I’ve been a rebel before full time and now been cop. I don’t see where the problems are besides SOME people being a bit salty they get caught or that they don’t get the weapons they want. Sorry if it seemed I was targeting you and your gang, I was just trying to emphasise how much complaints and bullshit we deal with for doing our job on a roleplay server lol

You don't have the entire context behind this, Pretty sure matt is referring to KoS shop been closed as the "fisting" not police with big guns. The reason behind it being a single rebel legitimately ground enough money on day 2 post wipe to buy the same rifle from KoS shop, Shortly after KoS shop was closed as it was deemed an unfair advantage and hasn't re-opened since effectively punishing all rebels.. The sourness behind this comes from rebel been limited to 7.62 and an individual on the police force who had access to said gun broke trust/command to use it in a situation that it should have not been used. Im sure it was dealt with accordingly as @Augnov stated, No need to turn it into a witch hunt.

Hi all, Would like to get some suggestions on a format for a new role selection system. This will allow changing of roles without returning to the role screen. Please note: This is just gathering some feedback and may not be implemented. Example of what we requesting in feedback is: Different Equipment? Generic Riflemen (marksmen/grenadiers/etc) might get access to the bigger backpacks, while specialists (engineers, medics, snipers, etc) have a more limited selection? Hello all, It's very hard for me to express this, but I have been removed from the Strayagaming staff team. I may jump ingame once in a while, but probably not that often. Why?
